I found it a bit presumptuous, lots of assumptions about how I feel. Also, at the end of every chapter they would say “just try my 5 minute technique, it really works”, but it’s not until about chapter 12 that they actually discuss the technique.
I found it frustrating to listen to, but that’s my opinion.
(That is not a direct quote and I can’t remember exactly which chapter actually discussed the approach but I’m not prepared to listen again to find out.)
