Come in for five minutes, let’s open God’s Word together, and let’s pray. There are moments when life asks more questions than we feel able to answer. Decisions can seem complicated, conversations require careful words and unexpected situations can leave us wondering what to do next. God does not expect us to carry the pressure of knowing everything. Instead, He lovingly invites us to come to Him with open hearts, confident that He delights in giving wisdom to those who sincerely ask. James 1:5 (NIV) “If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.” What an encouraging promise for today. Our heavenly Father is never reluctant to guide His children. He does not criticise us for needing His help; He welcomes us with generosity, patience and grace. As we pause to seek His wisdom, confusion begins to give way to understanding, hurried reactions become thoughtful responses and anxious uncertainty is replaced by quiet trust. So today, let’s gently remind ourselves that fear will not win, because Jesus Christ faithfully gives wisdom to every heart that seeks Him. Father, thank You that You are generous beyond measure and never turn away those who come to You for guidance. Thank You that Your wisdom is steady, Your truth is dependable and Your love remains constant. Lord Jesus, bless every listener today. Bring healing to those who are unwell, clarity to those facing difficult choices, patience to those waiting for answers and renewed hope to everyone feeling uncertain. Help us to listen carefully, speak graciously and trust Your leading in every decision we make. Holy Spirit, quiet every distracted thought, sharpen our spiritual understanding and help us recognise the gentle wisdom that comes from above. Across the world, from Brisbane to Auckland, from Singapore to Atlanta and Mexico City, may every listener discover the peace that comes from seeking God’s wisdom before every important decision.
