Some days you need a bit of motivation in the morning, and sometimes you need to stay in bed.

This session is perfect for both of those times.

Just a very simple but very effective stretch of the whole body that you can do from bed.

I few of you were saying that you’d lost your mojo and you needed a bit of a loving kick in the bum to reset yourself.

Well your wish is my command, every day this week (starting from tomorrow) I am going to be sending you the relaxation reset to get you back in the habit (or start one) of doing a short meditation every day.

The sessions are around 7 minutes long so perfect to fit into your day and we will be focusing on affirmation meditation which is the most powerful and life changing form of meditation.
