The pacing is calm and reassuring, which actually helped because this isn’t the easiest topic to think about. It’s not just about getting rid of things—it’s about deciding what matters and what you want to leave behind, which hit a bit deeper than I expected.
Some sections felt very practical (especially the checklists and organizing advice), while others leaned more emotional, particularly around letting go of sentimental items. I appreciated that balance, even if I didn’t connect with every part equally.
The legacy planning side was useful, though fairly simple—good if you’re just starting to think about it, but maybe not detailed enough if you’ve already done a lot of estate planning.
What stood out most was how it made the whole process feel less overwhelming. Instead of pushing you to do everything at once, it keeps bringing you back to small, manageable steps.
Overall, it’s a thoughtful listen that gently nudges you to get organised—not out of fear, but out of care for the people you’ll leave things behind for.
