My mind has been active, my attention stretched, and my energy pulled in different directions. So I pause. I step back from the noise, from the urgency, and from the pressure to keep moving without rest. I come into Your presence and allow stillness to take its place. You bring peace. Not forced, not rushed, but steady and present. Your peace settles over my thoughts, softens my heart, and creates space within me where tension once lived. You quiet me. As I become still before You, everything within me begins to slow. I am no longer driven by pressure—I am led by peace. Jesus, centre me again. Let calm take its place within me. Let clarity rise gently. Let me continue this day with a steady mind and a peaceful heart. I allow Your peace to lead me. Jesús, dejo que Tu paz gobierne mi corazón y me guíe hoy.
