I stopped smoking once before a few years ago, using the easyway physical book. Stopped for 11 months (after smoking for 35 years). It wasn't hard. But I did still feel I was missing out on something. One day, I had a few smokes and then a pandemic happened and lock-down boredom completely hooked me back in.

Tried several times to focus on what I remembered of the book and stop again. Failed several times. I tried patches too. No joy there.

And then I got into audiobooks, for other reasons, and thought to look this up. The easyway experience is even better as audio. It allows you to truly focus on the experience of smoking while they talk you through it, which is hard while reading. After 4 nights of listening, I stubbed out my last cigarette.

2 months later, I write this. As a HAPPY non-smoker this time. No cigarettes. No substitutes. No cravings. Just a bunch of extra time and money and a lot less coughing.

so easy to listen to and i finished it in 5 days. i listened while driving to work, then in bed. just had my last EVER spay of Nicotine after 8 years of been on it, smashing on average 6 full sprays a week. this book makes sense and i know that i won't be using Nicotine ever again.

I’m a week in and while I will admit I have had “cravings” and not found it as easy and pleasurable as described in the book, it has been 1000x easier than when I’ve tried before.
I started the physical book which was an older version and didn’t really touch on e-cigarettes, this one does mention it more so, so I was able to persevere and relate to it more.

I had my e-cigarette glued to my hand constantly before, and was very much under the impression that it tastes and feels good, and is miles better than actual cigarettes, but now I’m rid of the “big monster” I know that while yes they do taste good, they are by no means better than cigarettes really and I no longer want to be a slave to nicotine - it feels GREAT.

My only feedback would be for their next version to have even more focus on ecigs and vapes, they could make a whole new book on it as it does take a little bit of time to break down the resistance when referring to actual cigarettes.
