There is a lot of content in this 8-in-1 toolkit. I didn’t love every single chapter, but about 90% of it was incredibly useful. The sections on habit building were the highlight for me. It explains why we fail at habits and how to fix that. I’ve been using the "body doubling" tips they suggested and it’s helped my productivity a ton. It’s a very practical purchase if you want a bunch of different tools in one place.

At the same time, it is a lot of information packed into one audiobook. Since it covers so many areas, it can feel like a lot to take in all at once, and it might be something you need to revisit in smaller sections to really apply it.

The included PDF is a nice bonus and helps reinforce what you’re learning.

Overall, it’s a helpful and practical resource, especially if you’re looking for a variety of tools in one place, but it works best if you take your time with it instead of trying to absorb everything at once.
