I loved the idea of how art/ painting becomes a weapon. The story takes its time explaining how this works, but that slow reveal adds to the magic - you know ink and paper can topple something as powerful as a god, and the mystery of how kept me listening. The narrator did a great job!
Another perfect whimsical story by Elizabeth Lim. 4.5 stars
