This book is not for the faint hearted and easily offended. Malachi and Olivia story is bathed in bad fortune, bad parenting and an even stronger love for one another than in book 1. Despite Malachi’s psychotic tendencies and obsession with Olivia and owning her, you see more of his story and why he is the way he is and his sensory overload with his hearing. You really start to route for him and when the enemy comes for Olivia, Malachi comes for those enemies (with a little help) and it all ends on a HEA; THANK GOODNESS. It’s sexy, spicy, hard to listen to at times but well worth the 5*

i know there were good reasons for changing the VA reading MMCs parts, but the new guy is just... fine. It's does lack the intensity that the first audiobook had.

I was OK with part 1, knowing most of the story, but really loved part 2. Glad I listened to LL.. Grayson Owens really did a great job. Incredible additional casting too.

I may be a sick little puppy but I loved this book, and Malachi 💗 and when it got to the last 1/4 or so of the book .... heck yes! I won't go into details because of spoilers, the narration was still really good although I did miss Joe Arden,
